Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who heals every wound, every disease, every affliction, and every form of torment that has ever been known. Thank You, Messiah Yeshua, for the blood that You shed at the whipping post, for it is THIS blood that brings my healing and deliverance from ALL sickness and disease.  Truly, there is still a “Balm in Gilead”, and there will always be power in the blood of my Messiah King! Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  You are the Elohim who is, was and who is to come. You are the Beginning, and You are the End, and You are everything in between. You are my Bread of Life, and the Living Water that quenches my thirst. You are my King of Kings, and the ruler over all the earth. You are my Bridegroom, and I eagerly await Your coming! May it be soon, ABBA, even in our day! Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created the Sabbath that I might also remember the works of creation. When I light the Shabbat candles, I remember that You, my Father, said “Let light come to be,” and light came to be.” I also remember that Messiah Yeshua said “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall by no means walk in darkness, but possess the light of life.” On this Shabbat, ABBA, I choose to remember YOUR light. Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  My Father, I thank You for allowing ‘the wheat and the tares’ to grow together. I know that I am not to compare myself with others; however, when I witness a ‘tare’ being just that: a ‘tare’, it strengthens my resolve and commitment to You, the “El Olam”, the EVERLASTING Elohim. ABBA, “Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the Elohim of my deliverance; On You I wait all the day.” Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe. I wish to give You thanks, my Father, for the place YOU have chosen for me to dwell. Thank You, ABBA, that You choose a rural setting for me to live in, a simple country home, far away from the roads that lead to nowhere. And thank You for Your “shalom”, Your “peace that surpasses all understanding”, that abides here as well. Because You have so blessed me, my intention is to bless You! Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who cautions me concerning ‘over-indulgence’. This can take the form of eating, spending money excessively – clothes, shoes, etc. – spending inordinate amounts of time with other people (when my family has need of me), or lingering for hours on the internet. All of this is the direct opposite of the Ruach’s fruit of self-control, and reveals a lack of discipline in my life. I ask for YOUR help, my Father, in this contentious area, that I might be “filled with the fruit of righteousness, through יהושע[Yeshua] Messiah, to the esteem and praise of Elohim.” Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who repeatedly tells me to “Fear NOT”! Fear is the opposite of “emunah”, trust and belief in my Creator, believing not only that He IS who He says He is, but that He will also DO what He says He will do. Thank You, my Father, for Your patience with me, as I learn to “cast ALL of my anxieties on You, for You care for me.” Amein and AMEIN!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gently speaks to me in the dark hours of the night, teaching me, and giving me instructions on things I need to know. You even fill my heart with a song, and when I wake in the morning with a hymn of praise on my lips, I know my Elohim has visited me, giving me HIS ‘song in the night’. I find answers to questions, decision where there was indecision, and resolve where there was wavering.  Truly, You are the “El Hannora”, the AWESOME Elohim, our 24/7 Elohim, for You never slumber, and You never sleep! Awesome, so awesome, is WHO You are! Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created ‘storms’. As I watch the dark clouds roll in, I am reminded that You will occasionally allow a ‘storm’ to erupt in my life, waiting to see what ROCK I will stand upon. I am thankful, my Father, that YOU are my shelter in the midst of the storm, for even the winds and the waves obey Your Word. Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who rested on the 7th day, blessed it, and sanctified it. I delight in YOU, this Sabbath day, I honor and give praise to You, my Elohim and my Creator, and I thank You for all that You give me to enjoy. May I be a blessing to You, “El Elyon”, the Most HIGH Elohim, in all that I say and do … in the Name that is above all names I pray, Yeshua of Nazareth, AMEIN!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who sanctifies me, sets me apart, and cleanses me from the inside out. Then You FILL me, my Father, with the fullness of You. I am designed to be Your living Temple, home to the Ruach haKodesh, the HOLY Spirit living within me, and glorifying my Elohim with my body and my life.  May all that I say and do reflect to whom I belong; may people look upon me and say, “… this (wo)man has been with יהושע[Yeshua].”

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who goes before me to prepare the way, and will make a way where there seems to be no way. You are “Elohei Tseva’ot”, the Elohim of the Hosts of the Armies, and You continually fight for those who love and adore You, and strive to walk in righteousness before You. You are not only my Commander in Chief, but You also equip me with everything I need to OVERCOME the attacks and trials that come my way. You are my refuge, and my high tower, and I delight in running to You. Thank You, YAH, for all the victories that come through Your hands.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is never the author of shame, humiliation or disgrace. Thank You, my Elohim, that when You correct me, it is done in righteousness and truth, with Your loving kindness that NEVER ends, or fails. I may not always understand Your reasons, but my trust is IN You, in Your WORD, in Your wisdom, and in Your love for me. You have promised me, in Your WORD, only good, a hope and a future, and You are an Elohim that keeps His WORD. I love You, my ABBA, my Father, my YAH …

Yom Berekha

Blessed are YOU, YHWH our Elohim, King of the Universe, who gently calls me to COME, to fellowship, to commune, to simply BE with You. I thank You, ABBA, that Your desire for my love and companionship never ends. While I walk with You in the cool of the evening, I give You thanks, praise, and honor. I pray, ABBA, that I am never too busy to stop, and simply LOVE You, my “El Hannora”, my AWESOME Elohim!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who not only hears my every cry, but answers me, blessing me above and beyond everything I could ever imagine. Thank You, my Father, for Your love, and compassion, which are both limitless and have no end.  Thank You, YAH, for the grace and favor through which I am delivered, redeemed, and restored to my right relationship with You. ABBA, I thank You for Your arms around me, shielding and protecting me, and keeping me safe from all harm. AMEIN!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is teaching me the meaning of ‘modesty’. Thank You, my Father, for revealing to me that modesty is not just about the clothing I wear, it also concerns my behavior, my speech, and my entire lifestyle. Help me, ABBA, to always reflect the image of Messiah Yeshua, with the modesty befitting HIS Bride! Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is continually instructing me in the difference between a NEED and a WANT. You have faithfully provided for me all that I NEED – the air I breathe, food, shelter, and clothing – and will always do so. However, when I begin to confuse my WANTS – a new cell phone, a new pickup, a new horse –as being something that I NEED, again, You are faithful to show me the error of my thinking. Thank You, my Father, that because my delight is always in You, You DO occasionally grace me with something I want. And I am very careful, to always, always, be thankful.  AMEIN!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  Thank You, my Father, that You are the “El Olam”, the Everlasting Elohim, who continues forever. You are the One who IS, who WAS, and who IS TO COME, and You stand outside of the parameters of time. You, ABBA, are ageless, permanent, incorruptible, and unchanging. May my hand always rest in Yours, as I walk THE way to eternity … AMEIN!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who STRONGLY condemns strife and division among the brethren. I am instructed to not only love my neighbor as myself, but if it is at all possible, to be at peace with all people. I am never called to be a “machlokes”, one who causes division. My Father, may my life always reflect the love You have for those whom You have created in Your image. Amein …

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  Thank You, my Father, that all wisdom originates from You, and You generously give me of Your wisdom when I ask You for it. You are the One who opens WIDE my understanding, that I might perceive wonders from the depths of Your Torah. Help me, ABBA, to apply to my life the understanding of the wisdom You have given me.  THIS is walking in Your ways … Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is instructing me in the need to be ‘transparent’. First and most important, I am to be open and transparent with You, my Father, for nothing is hidden from Your sight. I am also to be transparent with others, in order that Your light may shine brightly to those around me. Help me, ABBA, to not hide myself behind the shields and walls that I know I have had. And to You be all honor and esteem. Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are YOU, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gives to me all things, richly to enjoy in abundance, for the days You have given to me to live on this earth.  Thank You, ABBA, that You MORE than meet my every need according to Your riches in glory, by Messiah Yeshua! Your eyes are constantly running to and fro, back and forth, throughout all the earth, looking for those for whom You can pour out Your blessings upon! You are my יהוה[YHWH] Yir’eh”, my Elohim Who Provides, and Your love and Your favor is always amazing! Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gives me ears to hear, eyes to see, and a heart that is willing and eager to be obedient to Your Word. My desire is to wait upon You, to listen for YOUR voice, and to follow the instructions written down for me in Your Torah, Your divine instructions in righteous and moral living. Like Samuel, let me always reply: “Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.” And let me not waver, but be quick to follow the Word that is given – YOUR Word is LIFE!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the healer of the brokenhearted. You are the “Balm of Gilead”, soothing those areas that are raw and wounded. You are the “Comforter” for when I am mourning, and the “Oil of JOY” for when I am deep in sorrow. You are the PRAISE rising from deep within to drive away the spirit of heaviness, and because of You, my Father, I KNOW that the everlasting JOY shall be mine.  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe. Father, THIS day, it is my desire to thank You for all of our men and women in our military forces. Most of them willingly serve the United States of America in this demanding profession, yet do so with little support and thanks. Without these dedicated people, we would never have the freedom in this country that we enjoy.Thank You, ABBA, for all of these men and women; may YOUR hand be upon them, keeping them safe from all harm.  AMEIN.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who delivers me, rescues me, saves me, and sets me free from the bondage of the adversary, from ALL the chains of darkness. You are as close as a cry for help, and You deliver me upon the wings of eagles, safely to the high tower that is YOUR secret place. You go before me to prepare the way, and You bring up the rear, making sure I am not attacked from behind. You surround me with an angelic host, protecting me and KEEPING me, wrapped in Your eternal, everlasting arms. You are the “Elohei Mikkarov”, the Elohim Who is NEAR, and I thank You …Amein!

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is sternly educating me concerning the friends and acquaintances that I surround myself with. You have shown me, my Father, that I need to be cautious about those who choose to NOT follow Torah, for “Bad company corrupts good morals.” Thank You, ABBA, that You “give Your cherubs charge over me, to keep me in all Your ways.” Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who uses the 7th day Sabbath to remind me of the “olam haba”, the world to come. Yes, I live IN this world, but this is NOT my permanent residence. Your promise to me is “everlasting life” in the world to come, as long as I turn to Messiah Yeshua with everything in me, and I remain obedient to Your Word, Your Torah. Thank You, my Father, for this taste of eternity that I experience every Shabbat. Amein!
