Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who provided for me Your Word, Your Torah, Your “Memra”. Thank You, my Father, for the firm foundation that Your Torah gives me, Your divine instructions in moral and righteous living. Your Word is truth, and it is the standard of truth that I use to judge all else. And I thank You, ABBA, that Your Word will always accomplish what YOU intend for it to do. Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who covers me, shielding me, protecting me, caring for me, in so many different ways. You are the cloud by day, protecting me from the elements, and the fire by night, to keep me warm. You are the love that covers a multitude of wrongs, for You are the unconditional love that never fails. It is under the shadow of YOUR wings that I find security and safety, knowing that there is no end to Your faithfulness. There is no one like You, “YHWH my Elohim”; my life I willingly surrender to You …

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who pours into me the LIFE giving water that I need to satisfy my thirst. Just as You give this earth its needed rain in Your due season, You generously give to me the ‘spiritual rain’ I require, for nourishment and growth. Your “living water” – both the written Torah, and Yeshua, the LIVING Torah – are the only thirst quenchers that truly satisfy; everything else is but a shadow, and will leave a dry after-taste. Thank You, my יהוה[YHWH] Yir’eh”, my Master Who Sees To It, my Elohim who provides, that the ‘rivers of living water’ NEVER run dry! Hallelu-YAH!!!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is my shelter, my refuge, my hiding place that I run to in my times of need. I continually see myself crawling up into Your lap, ABBA, resting in the safety and security of Your everlasting arms, knowing that there is no other place I would rather be. I thank You, “Elohei Mikkarov”, the Elohim Who is NEAR, that You never abandon me, or leave me defenseless. You even surround me with songs of deliverance! Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gave me Your complete instructions concerning the 7th day Sabbath.  I have six days to work, and to work with, but on THIS day, I am to set the rest of the week aside.  My focus is to remain on You, Your Word, and Your ways.  Thank You, my Father, for this time that YOU chose and set apart.  May I always honor You IN it, and THROUGH it.  Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created IN me the sense of taste. Thank You, my Father, for the sweet taste of honey, the bitter taste of lemons, the cold taste of ice cream, and the warmth of hot tea. And this includes all of my personal likes and dislikes – it is amazing, ABBA, that my mouth is able to register all of these different sensations! Thank You, my awesome Creator! Amein!

Yom Berekha

To all of you who are mourning, grieving over the loss of a loved one, today's blessing is for YOU.

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who comforts me in my time of sorrow and loss. You understand well the pain, for You suffered through the loss of Your Son, and grief is something You are not a stranger to. Through the presence of Your Spirit, the gentle Ruach HaKodesh, You are able to comfort, bring peace, and fill the empty holes of loss that death has left in my life. You are truly my “El Rachum”, my God of Compassion, my All in ALL!!!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who heals EVERY disease, known and unknown. Every form of sickness, disease, affliction, and torment was overcome and defeated by the stripes of my Messiah, Yeshua of Nazareth, and the drops of blood He shed at the whipping post. Because of THIS victory, I can call out to YOU, my Creator, knowing that healing comes from YOUR hand. You are the “the Sun of Righteousness who arises with healing in His wings”, and it is under Your wings, that I continually take refuge. Thank You, YHWH my Healer!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gives me sound counsel according to the path that YOU have chosen for me to walk upon. I thank You, ABBA, that You choose to confirm Your word to me in many ways, but always lining up with Your Torah, with Your Living Word. The Word of my YAH is the final authority , for it shines the LIGHT of truth on every step I take. This IS the way, and I will walk in it. Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created FAMILY, “mispochah”. I thank You, my Father, for all the members of my natural family, from my husband, all the way down to the youngest grandchild.  And I thank You, ABBA, for all of those You have brought in to our household that are not of our seed, all of the sons and daughters, grandchildren, and even those that I have accepted and appreciated as parents. I also thank You, my Elohim, for all of the brothers and sisters You have joined me to, through our mutual love for You, the “Elohim Chayim”, the LIVING Elohim. Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has selected companions from the animal kingdom to come along side of me, to walk with me, in my journey through life. Thank You, ABBA, for the joy each pet has brought to me, and for the lessons learned from each individual one. From horses, cows, cats and dogs, they have all been special to me, and through them You have taught me what unconditional love and trust was all about. Thank You, my Elohim, for these select few that You have allowed to be part of my life. Amein!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  Thank You, my Father, for this special and set-apart day, the Shabbat, when I can come and enter into Your rest. I am grateful, ABBA, for this time that You ordained, a time when I can linger at Your feet, and learn more of You, and Your ways. Thank You, my Elohim, for the “times of refreshing” that come from Your presence. Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who will use every situation and circumstance to teach me a needed lesson. My daily classroom is LIFE, and if I choose to listen, I will hear YOUR voice of instruction, faithfully teaching me my “A-B-C’s”. I thank You, YAH, that You are not an Elohim to leave me ‘half-baked’, but You are perfecting everything that concerns me. Thank You for every lesson learned, even when they are uncomfortable at the time. May I always be receptive to YOUR lessons and instructions. In the Name of Yeshua of Nazareth, my Messiah King, I pray … Amein.

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who continues to reveal to me those elements I am to ‘guard’. I am to guard MYSELF, that I would never forget or neglect the covenant that I have with YOU, my Father.  I am to guard Your Torah, Your commands, and Your Shabbat. I am also to diligently guard my own heart, for out of it come the issues of life. Thank You, ABBA, that You are teaching me to BE that diligent ‘guard’ that You desire me to be! Amein!

Thank You, my ABBA, for all of the nourishment that You set before me, and thank You for the divine instructions on what and how we are to eat. Thank You, my Elohim, for Messiah Yeshua, my Bread of Life. I feast upon Him, His life-giving Torah, and I am filled and satisfied. Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has given me ears to hear, eyes to see, and a heart to discern, understand and comprehend what is YOUR truth.  Thank You, ABBA, that You desire to show me, reveal to me, those mysteries, secrets, that are hidden from the ones who do not belong to You, who are not called by YOUR Name. Only by the Ruach haKodesh, the HOLY Breath of God, comes wisdom and understanding, for He is the Spirit of Wisdom. May my heart ALWAYS follow hard after YOU, for You are the “El Yeshuati”, the God of my Salvation! Hallelu-YAH!

You deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from all of the stumbling blocks the adversary attempts to throw in my path. Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has generously given to me the freedom of CHOICE.  You have never wanted robots, or slaves, to do Your will, but You desire children, YOUR children, to love You freely and openly. You rejoice over obedience given from a loving and joyful heart, all springing from that freedom of choice. I CHOOSE this day, whom I will love and serve: “Elohei Kedem”, the Eternal Elohim, the Elohim of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I joyfully bow my knee to You, my Elohim, and my Messiah King, Yeshua HaMashiach!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who prepares a banquet table for me to feast from, in peace and safety, while dining sumptuously in the presence of my enemies. All around me there may be chaos and turmoil, but my “Sar Shalom”, my Prince of Peace, calls me to come and dine with HIM from His table, a table filled with wonderful delicacies that He has prepared and set for me. YES, I will dine, and eat my fill from the Master’s table, for only You are the Bread of Life! Thank You, my Elohim! Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is my source of confident hope for ALL of my tomorrows. Because I know Your Word, Your Torah, is true, because I know that You are not a man that lies, and because I know that You are faithful, I trust YOU, absolutely and implicitly. You are my example and definition of integrity. I know, that as sure as the sun will rise in the east, my “El Hanne’ eman”, my Elohim, the Faithful Elohim, is my hope for tomorrow. Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gives REST to the weary heart and wounded soul.  Tenderly, ABBA, You gather me up into the sanctuary of Your embrace, and as I listen to the strong beating of Your Father’s heart, I know the security of a safe haven.  Here, in the quiet of Your arms, You apply the healing “Balm of Gilead”. As I venture forth once again in the brightness of a new day, I know and understand that my strength has been renewed like the eagle’s. I WILL run and not grow weary; I WILL walk and not faint, for You have taught me to wait upon You, my strength and my Redeemer. Hallelu-YAH!

Once there, I am able to drink deeply of Your favor and mercy, the mercy that is fresh and new EVERY morning. How wondrous is Your dwelling place, my Father, and how exciting to be in Your presence! Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has intricately created and fashioned every part of my body to function together, each in its own place, each for its own purpose. You are the MASTER designer, and You need no consultant. Truly, my Father, I am fearfully and wonderfully made, as You knit together all of the many inward parts that make me ME! And then, when I stop and think that You even count and number each hair upon my head – “El Chaiyai”, the Elohim of my Life, I am humbled at Your care, and the knowledge that You call me as part of Your ‘treasured possession’! Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who reveals to me HOW to place my neighbor before myself. I know that all of the Torah can be summed up in two commandments: loving YOU, our Elohim and our Creator, above and beyond everything imaginable, and loving my fellow human beings as I love and care for myself. Thank You, ABBA, as I study Your Torah, Your Word, to show myself approved, You also instruct me in the many ways I can extend my hand to my brother and sister, as an extension of You. Help me, my Father, to always do what is right, not because I desire the applause, but because it is the right thing to do …

Nothing, ABBA, is hidden from Your sight. Thank You, my Elohim, that every word spoken and every deed that has been done, including all of my own, will one day come under the microscope of Your truth, and will be judged accordingly.
