Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who takes great delight when I am obedient to the 7th day Shabbat. You are THE one who sanctified and set apart THIS day, ABBA, and I choose to honor You in it, on it, and through it. Thank You, my Father, for this sign between me and You, this everlasting, eternal covenant, that shows the world who I belong to! Hallelu-YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who continually warns me of the hazard of telling untruths.  You have shown me, ABBA, that should the truth NOT be spoken, in entirety, there is then the danger of agreeing with the adversary, who is the “father of ALL lies”. May my mouth always be filled with Your truth, Your Word, Your Torah, for You are the “El Emet”, the Elohim of Truth. Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has blessed me with many of today’s modern conveniences, both to enjoy, and to make my life easier.  Thank You, Father, for indoor plumbing, for a toilet that flushes, and for hot and cold running water. Thank You for electricity, that I might turn lights on and off when needed. And I don’t want to forget my washer and drier; these appliances make wash day so very much easier.  Last, but certainly not least, thank You, ABBA, for the vehicle I drive, that allows me to get from one place to another, without having to walk. Thank You, Father, thank You …
“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no change, nor shadow of turning.” (James 1:17)

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who cautions me frequently about becoming someone who will not accept correction or a reprimand. Thank You, my Father, for those whom You have brought into my life, those whom I trust, that DO give me the ‘correct’ correction, when it is needed. ABBA, please, may I always be willing to hear, and willing to accept, any reproof that comes from You, regardless of the vessel.  Amein and AMEIN.

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is teaching me the importance of humility. You, Abba, are teaching me that vanity, and the promotion of ‘self’, are the polar opposite of humility, and have their root in pride. Thank You, my Father, for though You have gifted me with certain talents, they will only operate to their fullest potential as I remain focused on YOU. You “must increase, while I must decrease.” Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the source of all LIGHT.  You spoke Your Word, and created LIGHT, separated LIGHT from darkness, and gave the sun to rule the day.  You sent Yeshua haMassiach, my Savior King, as the LIGHT of the world, always leading me  away from the darkness.  You are my “’Or Goyim”, the LIGHT of the Nations, and I choose to follow YOU, knowing that IN You is my safe haven, my eternal rest and home.  Thank You, YHWH Elohim, that NO darkness dwells within You, and You will never change as many shifting shadows are prone to do.  Hallelu-YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is my Lord of the Sabbath, my beloved betrothed, that I spend this appointed time with every week.  Ancient Jewish wisdom teaches that the Sabbath is referred to as the ‘wedding ring’, between me and my heavenly bridegroom, one of the symbols and tokens of our commitment to each other.   With joy, I look forward to the continuous, 7-day circle, which gives me the opportunity to repeat my vows, and renew my commitment to my “El Elyon”, my Elohim, the MOST HIGH Elohim! I love You, YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has given me eyes to SEE with. Thank You, Father, that as I watch the rising sun at the dawn of a new day, I am able to see clearly the wonderful color palate You use throughout this world. To look up into the night sky, with its millions of lights visible to the naked eye, is absolutely amazing. To look upon the relaxed face of my spouse while he sleeps, grabs my heart with joy. Thank You, ABBA, for this special gift of sight; may it be something I never take for granted. Amein!

Your Daily Blessings

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who continues to reveal to me those elements I am to ‘guard’. I am to guard MYSELF, that I would never forget or neglect the covenant that I have with YOU, my Father. I am to guard Your Torah, Your commands, and Your Shabbat. I am also to diligently guard my own heart, for out of it come the issues of life. Thank You, ABBA, that You are teaching me to BE that diligent ‘guard’ that You desire me to be! Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created and established the changing seasons, seedtime and harvest, winter and summer, for YOUR eternal purpose. I thank You, my Father, for in Your wisdom You established a principal that never changes. I stand in awe of each season, in its own individual beauty and glory, and the bounty that it brings. And I am humbled, forever grateful, for the covenant that I have with YOU, the “Adon Kol-ha’arets”, the Master of ALL the Earth, the covenant that tells us: “as long as the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” ABBA, Father, how I love You!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is continually teaching me how to discipline my ‘tongue’. Thank You, ABBA, for the times when I see the need to be silent, to swallow my words, and just smile. I see that there are those times when it is better to be at peace than to be RIGHT. I see that there are those times when I need to let my light so shine, silently, rather than be accompanied by a loud voice. Thank You, my Father, for Your diligence and Your patience, as I persevere in these lessons. AMEIN!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who brings forth bread from out of the earth, to nourish me, strengthen me, sustain me, feed me. Thank You, my Father, for all of the GOOD things to eat, while still remaining true to Your instructions concerning what is kosher. What an amazing buffet I have to choose from!  Hallelu-YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who leads me, guides me, and directs my every step, when I yield and submit to YOUR rule in my life. You are the Elohim who goes before me to prepare the way, and You are the Elohim who never leaves me alone and defenseless. You are my “Roeh”, my Shepherd, and I do not lack, neither do I walk in fear, for I know that I do not walk alone. Worthy, worthy, worthy, are You to be praised, my Father, and I exalt You!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created a special place in time, and called it Shabbat.  You, my Father, sanctified and called the Shabbat holy, and instructed us to honor and KEEP this set-apart day.  Thank You, ABBA, that I have this one day every week, a place in the middle of a dark and evil world, a place filled with Your light and Your love. Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has created both hot and cold, fire and ice. Thank You, my Father, for the warm heat that envelopes me in the cold of winter, and thank You, Father, for the cool breeze that refreshes me during the hot days of summer.  I think of You, my Creator, when I sip my hot cup of coffee in the morning, and I appreciate You with the cold glass of iced tea in the afternoon. And then there is the hot bowl of soup on a cold and windy night, as well as the homemade ice cream for the 4th of July. The foundation of all is YOU, the “Adon Kol Ha’arets”, the Elohim of ALL the Earth. May I continuously know the warmth of YOUR presence all the days of my life, while here, on this earth.  AMEIN!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who teaches me how to love and care for others. You continually stress to me that all are created in YOUR image, and must be regarded with due respect and honor. Thank You, ABBA, that while You encourage me in the DOING of acts of “chêsêd”, spontaneous acts of kindness and mercy, I learn that “chêsêd” is truly “loving my neighbor as myself”. By extending my hands, AND myself, in kindness and willing assistance, I act as Your ambassador, and share Your love with others.
“He has declared to you, O man, what is good. And what does יהוה[YHWH] require of you but to do right, and to love kindness [chêsêd], and to walk humbly with your Elohim?”

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  My Father, I thank You for hugs. From the hug of a small child, to that of a close friend, and culminating with a hug from my spouse, they are all special in their own way. Thank You for all of the emotions that are conveyed through a hug, from the love, caring and warmth, to the respect, concern and need. Thank You, ABBA, for the security of YOUR everlasting arms, as they hold me to You. Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has created in me the sense of ‘smell’. How wonderful the fragrance of fresh cut grass, the crisp, clean scent of line-dried sheets, the soft, heart wrenching smell peculiar to a new-born baby – all of these are individual, unique, and distinct, and I wouldn’t want to miss a single one. Thank You, YAH, for this simple, yet profound gift. May I learn to recognize the awesome fragrance of YOUR presence; let THIS be the fragrance that I desire above all, and let THIS be the fragrance that clings to me as I move through my day.  Amein.

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is ruler over the days, the nights, the months and the years. Thank YOU, ABBA, for THIS day, for this is the day that YOU have made, and I choose to be glad and rejoice in it. When my life is hid IN You, every day is a NEW beginning. Life with YOU, “Elohim Chayim”, the LIVING Elohim, is NEVER mundane or boring!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has given me hands with which to touch. Thank You, my Father, that I can touch the soft petals of a rose, gently stroke the face of a loved one, scratch my dog behind the ear, and most of all, I can lift my hands to give praise to Your Name! Thank You, ABBA, for hands that perform Your “mitzvot”, Your commands …Hallelu-YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe. I thank You, my Father, that I have one day each week, the Shabbat, when I can put a ‘block’ on everything mundane in my life, and pay exclusive attention to that which is precious to me. I thank You, my Father, for the relationship I have with You, for You are my treasure above all else. To try to tell You how much I appreciate You seems trivial. You are the “El Yeshuati”, the Elohim of my Salvation, and I honor You. Amein!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who instructs me to intercede and pray for all of those who are in authority over me, be it in the physical realm, such as our government, or in the spiritual realm, such as those within the congregational setting. I understand and acknowledge that no person holds an authoritative position except those appointed by You. And while I may not agree with those in authority over me, it IS my responsibility to PRAY, that I might “lead a calm and peaceable life in all reverence and seriousness”.  Amein.

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  Thank You, my Father, for this place that I call ‘home’.  This is the place, the sanctuary, the refuge, that You have provided for me, and my family, during this season of my life. Thank You, ABBA, for Your presence, Your shalom, Your security, within this dwelling place. May You always be honored here, within these walls. Amein.

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who will ALWAYS be my refuge in the middle of howling and destructive storms. As these times grow darker and darker, and evil increases daily, I make every effort to keep my focus upon YOU, “El Chaiyai”, the Elohim of my LIFE. Only You are the WORD of Eternal Life. Only YOU are Master, Savior, Deliverer, Redeemer, Creator, Father and my soon coming KING! Thank You for being my ROCK, my Strong Tower, thank You for hiding me in the shadow of Your wings. Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has given me the ability to READ. Thank You, ABBA, for all of the teachers I have had, instilling in me the importance of this gift. And thank You, my Father, for the added comprehension, of being able to understand what I read, when I read it. I gladly acknowledge that ALL wisdom, knowledge and understanding originates with You, and as my Rabbi, my Teacher, I continually thank You for all of amazing things You reveal to me through the written Word! Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created FIRE. I am learning to be thankful, my Father, for the fires of testing and trial that You allow me to go through. And though it is never enjoyable, I am learning to recognize the faults, shortcomings, and yes, even the ‘trash’ within myself that these fires reveal. Your goal for me is the image and character of my Messiah revealed in and through me. Thank You, my Elohim, my Creator, that You ARE that “Consuming Fire”, burning out all of the dross that lingers within me. AMEIN!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has hand chosen the people You desire to be a part of my life. As iron sharpens iron, each person is a part of my life for YOUR purpose, and I thank You, ABBA, for the richness each one has brought. Friendship is a treasured relationship, for not only is there the bond of YHWH as Father, but there is the added joy of each other’s company. Thank You, YAH, for each one of my friends that You have brought into my life, and I speak blessings over them, this day, the day that YOU have made! Hallelu-YAH!

Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are YOU, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe. ABBA, I much appreciate the Shabbat, the day You created and sanctified. It is a place in time where I can rest, turn away from all of the pressures of life, and spend time with You, my Creator and soon coming King. Your Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  As I read and study Your Word, I thank You for the continual admonition to “fear NOT”, and to trust in YOU. I know that fear destroys faith and trust, and when I rehearse the ‘what ifs’, I am elevating my circumstances above and beyond who You are, the “Ha El Osay Pele”, the Elohim Who Works Wonders. Help me, ABBA, to keep my eyes firmly fixed upon You. Help me to never doubt Your hand upon me. And help me to walk with the assurance that I have nothing to fear, for my Elohim is in control of my life … AMEIN!

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is my “ יהוה[YHWH] Yir´eh”, my Lord Who Provides. You are the One who “fills all my need according to Your riches in esteem by Messiah יהושע[Yeshua].” You are also my Shepherd, therefore I do not suffer lack. ABBA, thank You for teaching me the difference between a want and a need, for I recognize that there may be many ‘things’ that I want, but do not necessarily need. And thank You, my Elohim, for revealing to me that godliness and reverence, with contentment, are great gain. Hallelu-YAH!
