Yom Berekha- The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has given me hands with which I can touch, hold, handle, and feel.  Thank You, ABBA, for being able to hold my husband’s hand, as we walk down the hill.  For the ability to pet my dog, running my hand down his smooth coat, I give You thanks.  And thank You, Father, that when I stick my hand in the shower to judge the temperature of the water, I can sense when it is too hot, or too cold.  Above all, I can stretch out my hands to YOU, in praise, adoration, worship, and thanksgiving.  Truly, I am awesomely and wonderfully made, and I stand in awe of my Creator, blessed be HE!  Amein!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is my shelter, my refuge, my hiding place that I run to in my times of need.  I continually see myself crawling up into Your lap, ABBA, resting in the safety and security of Your everlasting arms, knowing that there is no other place I would rather be.  I thank You, “EloheiMikkarov”, the God who is NEAR, that You never abandon me, or leave me defenseless.  You even surround me with songs of deliverance!  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the standard of TRUTH, and the example of truth I am to pattern my life by.  Not only is Your Word, Your TORAH, truth, but You are not capable of speaking any type of falsehoods.  And this is Your desire for me, Your child:  TRUTH springing from my inner being.  May I always seek YOUR way, YOUR truth, and YOUR life … in the name of Yeshua HaMashiach … AMEIN!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who teaches me the importance of giving honor to whom honor is due.  I recognize that I need to be in submission to those in authority over me, and if for no other reason, those people in these positions deserve my honor and respect.  Judgment belongs to You, YAH, not to me.   Because of my love for You, and my desire to bring honor and glory to YOU, I choose to give place, and give honor to those whom You desire me to do so to.  YOU are my King of Glory, and I worship You.

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are YOU, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe.  You, by Your example, reveal to me all that I am NOT.  You then patiently take me by the hand, turn me around, and show me how to achieve what YOU desire me to be.  Many are the circumstances, twists and turns in the path of life that I stumble through, while from each one I pull a valuable lesson, always pressing on toward that goal in Messiah Yeshua.  At each turn, I throw away more unnecessary baggage, cut off more flesh, eat more of the humble pie that tastes remarkably like TORAH, and find the freedom You desire me to have.  Through it all, I love You more, for I know that as ALL things are working together for my good, I WILL come forth as pure gold.  Thank You, “Elohim Avinu”, God my Father.

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who teaches me right from wrong, even in the little, seemingly inconsequential things.  Truth and justice walk hand in hand with love and compassion along the road called NO COMPROMISE, for You have shown me that it is the “little foxes that spoil the vine”.  Once I give way in one area, then it is too easy to give way the second time, and it dims the light that YOU have placed within me.  You are my “Adonai Elohai Kedosi”, the Lord my HOLY God, and I thank You for all of Your lessons …

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, as You use circumstances and situations in my life to cultivate and bring forth the FRUIT of the “Ruach”, the holy breath of YAH.  I know and understand that as these grow and mature in me, I am displaying more and more of the character of my Adon Yeshua, shining Your light as You desire me to do.  Help me to remain focused on YOU, as You prune, fertilize and water, for You know exactly what each facet of this fruit requires in order to ripen to perfection.  Help me to trust you even more, as I submit to my Heavenly Gardener, the ultimate Vinedresser, for only as I stay vitally united with You, am I able to bear the fruit of Messiah.

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who heals EVERY disease, known and unknown.  Every form of sickness, disease, affliction, and torment was overcome and defeated by the stripes of my Messiah, Yeshua of Nazareth, and by the drops of blood He shed at the whipping post.  Because of THIS victory, I can call out to YOU, my Creator, knowing that healing comes from YOUR hand.  You are the “SON of Righteousness that arises with HEALING in His wings”, and it is under Your wings, that we continually take refuge.  Thank You, YHWH our Healer!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gives REST to the weary heart and wounded soul.  Tenderly, ABBA, You gather us up into the sanctuary of Your embrace, and as we listen to the strong beating of Your Father’s heart, we know the security of a safe haven.  Here, in the quiet of Your arms, You apply the healing Balm of Gilead.  As we venture forth once again in the brightness of a new day, we know and understand that our strength has been renewed like the eagle’s.  We WILL run and not grow weary; we WILL walk and not faint, for You have taught us to wait upon You, our strength and our Redeemer.  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who created me with a VOICE.  Thank You, ABBA, for the ability to shout out Your praise, to sing songs and melodies of thanksgiving and joy to YOU, my King.  Thank You, my Master, for the capacity to speak words of encouragement, edification and comfort to those who are in need.  And I thank You, my Elohim, that I can provide an answer to those who ask concerning the hope of my ‘emunah’, my trust and my faith.  May the words of my mouth always be pleasing in Your ears, my ‘Elohim Chayim’, my LIVING God.  AMEIN!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Bessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who calms all of the traumatizing storms, tornadoes, and cyclones that rage in our life.  When the circumstances and situations of life overwhelm us, confuse us, and throw us in every and all directions, You are there pick us up, dust us off, and turn us around to where we KNOW where we are.  The safety of Your arms, under the shadow of Your wings, is the ONLY place of refuge worth seeking.  It is to YOU that we run when the rip-tide threatens to drag us under, for You are the HIGH TOWER no storm can penetrate.  Worthy, worthy, worthy to receive all praise, all honor, all glory, is our YAH!

Yom Berekha -The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has intricately created and fashioned every part of my body to function together, each in its own place, each for its own purpose.  You are the MASTER designer, and You need no consultant.  Truly, Adonai, I am fearfully and wonderfully made, as You knit together all of the many inward parts that make me ME!  And then, when I stop and think that You even count and number each hair upon my head – “El Chaiyai”, the God of my life, I am humbled at Your care, and the knowledge that You call me as part of Your ‘treasured possession’!  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who provides for me my daily bread.  Thank You, my ABBA, for all of the nourishment that You set before me, and thank You for the divine instructions on what and how we are to eat.  Thank You, my Elohim, for Yeshua, my Messiah, my Bread of Life.  I feast upon Him, His life giving Torah, and I am filled and satisfied.  Thank You, my “El Shaddai”, my Source and my Provider, for the enriched sustenance You Daily Provide!  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blesssing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who opens wide the eyes of our understanding, that we may SEE the wonderful things that You attempt to reveal to us through Your eyes, the eyes of the Ruach.  Through the eyes of Your Ruach, we KNOW that greater is YAH who is in us than he who is against us.  Through the eyes of Your Ruach, we KNOW that there are more that are WITH us than there are those that are against us.  And through the eyes of Your HOLY, set-apart spirit, we KNOW that we rule and reign victorious through Messiah Yeshua, that we are winning the battle over sin, death, and the grave.  We thank You, ABBA, for we understand that as long as we keep our eyes focused on YOU, You will continue to teach us all of those things that we need to know.  And we are very careful to give You all of the praise, all of the honor, and ALL of the glory – Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who sanctifies me, and sets me apart through Your Word, Your TORAH.  It is through Your TORAH that I have the joy and beauty of the Sabbath rest, where I learn of Your LIGHT and love, and learn how to rest IN You.  Blessed are You, YHWH our Eohim, who sanctifies and LIGHTS my Shabbat.  Truly, You are Lord of the Shabbat, and this time we spend together is beyond all wealth.  I thank You, I adore You, my Elohim!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who continues to teach me the importance of “teshuvah”, of turning AWAY from all of my wrong doing, and turning BACK to You, my Father and Creator.  To turn back to You, knowing when I have done something wrong, is heart-breaking, for I know that I have disappointed You … again.  Thank You, my amazing Elohim, for Your love, Your mercy, and Your forgiveness, without which I would not exist.  Help me, ABBA, as I walk this path called righteousness, to always keep my focus on You, staying firmly fixed under the shadow of YOUR wings.  Amein!

Yom Berekha - The DailyBlessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who fills my lungs with YOUR breath every morning, who gives light to my eyes as they open to the day, and anoints my ears to hear the sounds of this world that You have created.  ABBA, Father, I am very aware that without You, there is no life, no life worth living, and I choose to give thanks for all of the simple, yet necessary things that I tend to take for granted.  The air that I breathe, the light from my window, the soft carpet when my feet hit the floor, even the alarm clock that notifies me another day’s routine is beginning – all of these ultimately come from Your hand.  I give thanks, my Adonai, for every GOOD and perfect gift comes from above, from the Father of all Light, that Father of all LIFE, who never changes.  Hallelu-YAH

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the Giver of LIGHT!  When I watch the dawning of a new day, I meditate on the light that You spoke into existence, the sun to rule the day, and the moon for the night. Your Word tells me that light is a garment that You wear, and the day will come when I will no longer need the sun or moon for my light, for YOU, our “’Or Goyim”, Light of the Nations, will be my LIGHT.  You are the Light of the world, and as long as I cling to You, believe in You, and keep my eyes focused on YOU, I will NEVER walk in darkness.  I praise You, I honor You, and I give You thanks …

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who will ALWAYS be my refuge in the middle of howling and destructive storms.  As these times grow darker and darker, and evil increases daily, I keep my focus upon YOU, “El Chaiyai”, the God of my LIFE.  Only You are the WORD of Eternal Life.  Only You are Master, Savior, Deliverer, Redeemer, Creator, Father and my soon coming KING!  Thank You for being my ROCK, my Strong Tower, thank You for hiding me in the shadow of Your wings.  Thank You for the security of knowing I belong to YOU, my “El Shaddai”, my ALL-Mighty, ALL-Sufficient One.  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who teaches me the importance of responsibility. I have learned that I am responsible and accountable for all that I say and do, for as Your child, I now adhere to a higher standard: that of the TORAH, Your instructions in moral and righteous living.  As I strive to walk in Your light, ABBA, reflecting all that You are, may my life prove what is well pleasing to You.  You are the “El Tsaddik”, the Righteous God, and I yield, I submit, to all of Your instructions … in the Name of Messiah Yeshua, Amein. Yom Berekha -The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who reveals to us HOW to place our neighbor before ourselves.  We know that all of the TORAH can be summed up in two commandments: loving YOU, our Elohim and our Creator, above and beyond everything imaginable, and loving our fellow human beings as we love and care for ourselves.  Thank You, ABBA, as we study Your TORAH, Your Word, to show ourselves approved, You instruct us in the many ways we can extend our hand to our brother and sister, as an extension of You.  Help us YAH, to always do what is right, not because we desire the applause, but because it is the right thing to do …

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, on THIS day, THIS Shabbat.  I thank You, Father, for this everlasting covenant that we have with You, sealed through our obedience to the 7th day Sabbath.  As we ‘practice’ spending time with You on this set-apart day, we are in fact rehearsing for the time when we will  always be with You, in the world to come.  Thank You, my “El Olam”, my Everlasting God, for this small taste of eternity!  Amein!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who gifted me with the man I delight in calling “husband”.  I thank You, Father, that first and foremost, he is YOUR child, one that follows hard after You, and desires YOUR will in his life.  I thank You, ABBA, for his love, his mercy, his compassion, and his patience – all fruit of YOUR Ruach within him.  I praise YOU, ABBA, for the joy and the fun that we have in our relationship with each other. And I am very well pleased to dwell with him.  Amein!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who has selected companions from the animal kingdom to come along side of me, to walk with me, in my journey through life.  Thank You, ABBA, for the joy each pet has brought to me, and for the lessons learned from each individual one.  From horses, cows, cats and dogs, they have all been special to me, and through them You have taught me what unconditional love and trust was all about.  Thank You, my Elohim, for these select few that You have allowed to be part of my life.  Amein!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the author and originator of peace.  Your name is “Sar Shalom”, the Prince of Peace, and peace is found only in an intimate relationship with You.  By recognizing and acknowledging who YOU are, and accepting Your kingship in our lives, we are flooded and enveloped with YOUR peace, the peace that is beyond understanding.  Safe and secure, we KNOW that our Creator will never leave us, never abandon us, but tenderly watches over us, ‘keeping’ us under HIS wings.  How we love You, our Elohim and our King!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who is the healer of the brokenhearted.  You are the ‘Balm of Gilead’, soothing those areas that are raw and wounded.  You are the ‘Comforter’ for those that are mourning, and the ‘Oil of JOY’ for those who are deep in sorrow.  You are the PRAISE rising from deep within to drive away the spirit of heaviness, and because of You, our Adonai, we KNOW that everlasting JOY shall be ours.  We thank You, ABBA, that we can lift up our eyes to the hills, and call upon the NAME that is above all names, Yeshua HaMashiach.  Hallelu-YAH!

Yom Berekha - The Daily Blessing

Blessed are You, YHWH our Elohim, King of the universe, who reigns in the darkness as much as in the light.  Even when my world seems totally black, and I cannot see my hand in front of my face, You are there.  You are the Light of the World, and by YOUR Word, light was created to chase away ALL darkness.  You are the “‘Or Goyim”, the Light of the Nations, and as a moth to a flame, I draw near.  Thank You, my Avi, my Father, my Creator, and my Deliverer.
